There are times I am glad my front garden is so heavily over-planted with boxwood and other shrubs. When I identify a hole in my garden design that would benefit from the addition of said boxwood or shrub, all I have to do is relocate one from one area of the garden to another. I use what I have before I have to buy more. By the way, it’s too hot to do this now! To help me remember my plan, I use utility flags to mark the location of the plant to be transplanted, and also where it will go. Plan when it is hot.
